About the restaurant

The sumptuous dining room at La Dame de Pic is located in the grand, opulent Four Seasons at Ten Trinity Square, walking distance from London Bridge and Tower Bridge. The hotel also operates modern Chinese restaurant Mei Ume, the Rotunda Lounge and Rotunda Bar, and the Ten Trinity Square members’ club, for which Anne-Sophie Pic has curated a separate menu.

Chef-patron Anne-Sophie Pic is from a long line of chefs in her native France: her family’s restaurant Maison de Pic has held three Michelin stars for much of the time since its opening in the 1930s, including under her stewardship. She holds a total of eight Michelin stars at her restaurants Restaurant Anne-Sophie Pic, Le Beau-Rivage in Lausanne, La Dame de Pic in France, and La Dame de Pic in London, which won its second star in 2020.

The restaurant offers an à la carte menu and a two- to four-course set lunch, but one of the set menus is a great way to get a feel for the cuisine of one of the world’s most decorated chefs. The Discovery, Voyage and Journey menus are four, six and eight courses respectively, with wine pairings offered for each, and vegetarian and vegan options are available.

Time Out

You can’t fault the skill displayed here. This was meticulous cooking, close to being great but just falling short on punchy, memorable flavours.

Standard

A meal at this level of ambition starts with little ”extras” (costs factored in), the best of which is a deeply benevolent cup of consommé.
